Making a Difference, the one hour special
profiling individuals in Asia making a difference in protecting the region from environmental degradation is being repeated on San Francisco KQED World.  See Tuesday June 7, 2011: http://www.kqed.org/tv/programs/index.jsp?pgmid=18205

Also Making a Difference was seen on the MHZ Networks World Channel from Fairfax Virginia.

2010

ATV WORLD in Hong Kong aired four updated episodes of Earth Factor Asia series in 2010. 
August 28, September 4, /9 and September 18; four consecutive Saturdays at 1400-1430 local time in Hong Kong.

ATV aired the series first from May 18th with our program on renewable energy was broadcast;
On May 21st - we explored Asia's endangered rivers;
On May 25th - we met Asia NGO's especially those in China campaigning for environmental awareness;
and on May 28th - the program focused on biodiversity in Indonesia, Malaysia, and southern China.
All 8pm Hong Kong Time on Hong Kong ATV's English channel.


In 2010  EARTH FACTOR ASIA was adapted for broadcast in French and was broadcast from Saturday 27 February 2010 on Ushuaia TV.   http://www.ushuaiatv.fr/

The series continued through Tuesday March 16th at 7:35 pm Paris time.

American Public Television in California became the first to AIR the six part Earth Factor series in June  2008.

KCSM TV - Digital Channel 43 in the San Francisco area concluded the six part series on July 10th 2008 airing Episode 6 on biodiversity in Indonesia and Malaysia.  KCSM repeated the series in November 2009.

From September 4th to September 18, 2008 (2 episodes per day) the "KQED WORLD" CHANNEL broadcast Earth Factor Asia every Thursday from 8 am and 8:30 am with repeats at 11a and 11:30a Pacific standard time.    See: www.kqed.org.

Also during September and October 2008 two more PBS affiliated networks scheduled the series.

On December 18th, 2008 KCSM Public Service television in San Mateo California aired at 9 pm a special one hour documentary based on the Earth Factor series.  Entitled "Making a Difference", the program profiled environmental leaders in China, India, and Indonesia.

Distribution in the United States for all Focus Asia Productions Hong Kong Ltd programming is managed by NETA and by APT.
